Appliance Refrigeration Repair Technician
We are looking for Appliance Repair Technician candidates with exceptional customer service skills.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience as a Full Line Appliance Repair Technician (refrigeration, cooking, cleaning, laundry)
  • Willing to undergo a pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check, and driver’s license check
  • Willing to be enthusiastic and customer service focused
  • Capable of lifting or maneuvering 50 pounds and occasionally up to 125 pounds
Responsibilities

  • Accurately diagnose and repair home appliances
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Ability to communicate effectively - with customers, tech support, dispatch routing and management.
  • Ability to make decisions in a timely fashion
  • Ability to work both independently and on a team
  • Basic Computer Skills and iPad working knowledge
  • Technical/Mechanical Aptitude
  • Dispatch from your home to customer locations in order to repair residential home appliances
  • Process transactions related to the in-home repairs
  • Collect payments, issue receipts, and electronically process repair records, customer data, and technical information via a company-issued tablet or laptop.

  • We have a fully stocked warehouse with a huge inventory supported and fulfilled by the nation’s two largest appliance parts distributors.
  • We do in-office part pre-screens and pre-order parts for most calls run by our field technicians.
  • We are paperless and all service orders and data are done electronically.
**Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Details of participation in these benefits plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
